S. Gabriel Carrero
CEO & President of Investments + Partnerships
Gabriel brings more than 25 years of global business leadership experience, primarily within the heavy construction materials industry. He holds a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering and an MBA in marketing and has built his career leading organizations and developing value-creating solutions for the cement and concrete industries.
His longstanding interest in real estate investing led him to pursue specialized training in real estate tax liens and tax deeds through Tax Lien Wealth Builders. This combination of executive leadership, technical knowledge, and investment education informs the disciplined, analytical approach he brings to GALA’s investment decisions.
Gabriel also serves on advisory boards within the specialty construction materials and technology sectors and is President of Carbon Limit.
Karina Perovec
COO & President of Real Estate Operations
Karina brings more than 25 years of sales, marketing, and client-service experience to GALA. She began developing her real-estate experience in Venezuela and is now a licensed real-estate agent in her home state of Florida.
A university graduate in nutrition and dietetics, Karina built her career around understanding clients’ needs, developing trusted relationships, and guiding people toward well-informed decisions. Today, she applies that same service-oriented approach exclusively to real-estate investment, contributing valuable market insight, opportunity evaluation, and client support to GALA.
Karina is also affiliated with MyRealty Group, serving clients and communities throughout Florida.
